Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservation Requirements

All reservations must be confirmed with payment and a signed rental agreement. Vehicles are not reserved until payment is received and the agreement is completed.

Easy Rentals operates on a first come, first served basis.

Age Requirement

Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

Applicants under 25 may be approved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Easy Rentals.

Identification Requirements

The renter must provide:

• A valid government-issued ID

• Contact phone number

• Current address

A licensed driver may be required at pickup if the renter does not present a valid driver’s license.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are required before vehicle release.

Deposit amounts:

• Economy Vehicles — $100

• Midsize / SUV Vehicles — $150

• Luxury Vehicles — $200

Deposits are not refunded immediately.

Deposits are returned 24–48 hours after the vehicle has been inspected.

Late Return Policy

Renters are given a 1 hour grace period after the scheduled return time.

Vehicles returned after the grace period will incur a $25 late fee.

Vehicles not returned by 12:00 PM (noon) may be charged an additional rental day.

Mileage Policy

Easy Rentals vehicles include unlimited miles unless otherwise stated.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level they were provided with at pickup.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, Easy Rentals will refuel the vehicle and charge the renter a $50 refueling service fee, in addition to the cost of the fuel required to return the vehicle to the original level. 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed. However, damage caused by smoking (burn marks, excessive odor, interior damage) may result in cleaning or repair charges.

Vehicle Responsibility

Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the entire rental period, including:

• Damage to the vehicle

• Tire damage/ key replacement/ lock outs

• Interior damage

• Traffic violations

• Tolls

• Parking tickets

GPS & Vehicle Monitoring

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices.

Tampering with or removing tracking devices may result in immediate vehicle recovery and additional charges.

Prohibited Use

Vehicles may not be used for:

• Illegal activities

• Reckless driving or racing

• Transporting illegal substances

• Towing other vehicles

• Ride-share or delivery services without approval

Vehicle Recovery

Easy Rentals reserves the right to recover the vehicle if:

• Payment is overdue

• The vehicle is not returned

• Rental terms are violated

Recovery fees may apply.

Agreement

By proceeding with a booking, the renter agrees to all Easy Rentals policies and the full rental agreement provided at checkout.
