Any out-of-town trip requires prior written approval from Easy Rentals. Unauthorized out-of-town travel is an immediate breach of the rental agreement.

Apply, then book
Step 1: Apply for approval
Fill out the quick application below — gig drivers and personal-use renters are both welcome. Once our team approves you, book your car on the calendar in Step 2. No payment is taken until you're approved.
Step 2: Book your car
- Pick your dates and car on the calendar below.
- You'll go to our booking site (RentDirect). Create your sign-in account there FIRST, before paying.
- Then finish your booking and payment.
DO NOT buy the liability coverage offered in the booking calendar.
You need coverage that protects the rental car from damage. Buy it from RentalCover (best choice) or Bonzah, then upload it in your account.
