How onboarding works

Tell us about your car
Year, make, model, mileage and condition. Sedans, hybrids and compact SUVs rent fastest with gig drivers.

Photos and documents
8 exterior and 5 interior photos, registration, title and proof of insurance — uploaded straight to your owner portal.
- Step 3
Sign the fleet agreement
A plain-language management agreement you sign online. It sets the 70/30 split, payouts and responsibilities.
- Step 4
Insurance and tracking
$150 onboarding fee plus ROAMLY commercial coverage. We install an active GPS tracker and company toll tag.
- Step 5
Go live
Once inspected and insured, your car shows on our storefront and we place a screened, approved driver in it.
