How the process runs
Apply online, upload every required document, complete identity and background checks, and submit your Ride.auto reservation number. Staff then reviews the complete file, assigns the vehicle, and makes the final decision. After approval, pay your first day or week, authorize the deposit hold if you're a standard renter, and sign the agreement. Only then is the exact South Houston pick-up address revealed. Pick-up includes a required photo inspection.
