Put your vehicle on our fleet and we handle the drivers, screening, billing and collections. You keep your agreed share of every payment, sent straight to your bank.
How the fleet owner program works
Easy Rentals manages your vehicle end to end for Houston gig drivers: marketing, driver screening, rental agreements, payment processing and toll recovery. You keep ownership of the car and your share of every rental payment.
70 / 30 revenue split
You receive 70% of the base rental rate on every booking. Company fees such as prep, late, cleaning and toll administration are retained by Easy Rentals.
Daily payouts to your bank
Payouts are sent through Stripe directly to your bank account daily as rental money is collected, once your payout onboarding is complete.
Commercial insurance through ROAMLY
Every vehicle on the fleet carries commercial rental coverage. Staff send you the quote and terms before your car goes live.
GPS tracking and onboarding
A one-time $150 onboarding fee covers listing setup, inspection and GPS tracker installation so mileage and vehicle location stay monitored.
Getting your car on the fleet
- 1. Sign the fleet management agreement in your owner portal.
- 2. Submit vehicle details, photos, registration and insurance documents.
- 3. Pay the $150 onboarding fee and the first insurance payment.
- 4. Your car goes live on the storefront and starts earning.
