Rental Policies

Driver Requirements

Renters must be 21 years or older to rent a vehicle.

A valid driver’s license or approved driver must be provided before the vehicle is released.

In certain cases, bookings may be made using a valid ID, but the approved driver must have a valid driver’s license.

Payment Policy

All rentals must be paid before the vehicle is released.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Zelle

• Cash App

• Card payments (invoice)

• Cash in person

Vehicles are first-come, first-served and reservations are not held without payment.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are required for all rentals.

• Economy vehicles: $100 deposit

• Midsize / SUV vehicles: $150 deposit

• Luxury vehicles: $200 deposit

Deposits are refunded within 24–48 hours after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, or unpaid fees.

Deposits may be used to cover damages, missing fuel, late fees, or contract violations.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level they were received with.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a $50 refueling fee will be charged.

Late Return Policy

All returns and renewals are late after 11AM.

Renters are given a 1-hour grace period.

After the grace period (12PM DAILY), a $25 late fee may apply.

Additional rental time may also be charged depending on how late the vehicle is returned.

Vehicle Use

Only the approved driver(s) listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Unauthorized drivers may result in termination of the rental agreement and additional fees.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed in vehicles unless it causes damage or excessive odor.

If excessive smoke odor or damage is present, a cleaning fee may be charged.

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Renters are responsible for:

• Tire damage

• Interior damage

• Exterior damage

• Lost keys or accessories

Mechanical issues caused by normal wear are not the renter’s responsibility.
